Mgr I, Tech Ops provides advanced knowledge of related technical standards, techniques and criteria. Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management and customers as required. Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment. Advanced problem identification and problem resolution skills. Demonstrated leadership ability to manage multiple tasks and projects through subordinates. Strong analytical ability and problem identification/problem resolution skills.

Bachelor's Degree in related field with a minimum of 10 years related technical experience is required. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

• Salary: $159,000 - $209,000 per year and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
